1. Datenschutz auf einen Blick
Ich verarbeite personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit das für den Betrieb dieser Website und die Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage technisch und organisatorisch nötig ist. Grundlage ist die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) sowie das italienische Datenschutzgesetz (D.Lgs. 196/2003 in geltender Fassung).

3. Hosting über Netlify
Diese Website wird bei Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, gehostet und über deren weltweites Servernetz (CDN) ausgeliefert. Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Netlify technisch notwendige Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Datum und Uhrzeit des Aufrufs) in Server-Logs, um die Website auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO). Mit Netlify besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Data Processing Agreement); die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. des EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Die Verbindung ist per SSL/TLS verschlüsselt (erkennbar an „https://“ und dem Schloss-Symbol im Browser).
4. Anfrageformular und Kontakt
Wenn du mir über das Anfrageformular, per E-Mail, Telefon oder WhatsApp schreibst, verarbeite ich deine Angaben (Name, E-Mail, optional Telefon, Tourenwunsch, Termin, Nachricht), um deine Anfrage zu beantworten und die Tour zu organisieren. Die Formulardaten werden über die Formularfunktion meines Hosting-Anbieters Netlify (Netlify Forms, siehe Abschnitt 3) gespeichert und per E-Mail an mich weitergeleitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen bzw. Vertrag). Ich gebe deine Daten nicht ohne deine Zustimmung an Dritte weiter – außer, soweit es für die Tour nötig ist (z. B. Namen für eine Hüttenreservierung). Ich lösche die Daten, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. steuerliche) bestehen.
5. Cookies und lokale Speicherung
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies – weder Marketing-, Werbe- oder Analyse-Cookies noch Cookies des Hosting-Anbieters. Lediglich deine Auswahl von Sprache und Saison (Sommer/Winter) wird lokal in deinem Browser gespeichert (Local Storage); diese Daten werden nicht an mich oder Dritte übertragen und sind technisch notwendig, um deine Einstellung beizubehalten. Eine Einwilligung ist dafür nicht erforderlich. Du kannst die gespeicherten Website-Daten jederzeit in deinem Browser löschen.
6. Keine Analyse-Tools und keine Werbung
Ich verwende weder Google Analytics noch andere Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste und blende keine Werbung ein. Dein Surfverhalten wird nicht ausgewertet.
7. WhatsApp, Instagram und externe Links
Die Buttons zu WhatsApp und Instagram sowie Links zu anderen Websites (z. B. Bergführerverband, Bergrettung) sind einfache Links. Erst wenn du sie anklickst, verlässt du diese Website; es gelten dann die Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Anbieter (bei WhatsApp und Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast jederzeit das Recht auf unentgeltliche Auskunft über deine gespeicherten Daten sowie auf Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit widerrufen. Schreib mir dazu einfach eine E-Mail. Außerdem kannst du dich bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.

Tratto i dati personali solo nella misura in cui ciò è tecnicamente e organizzativamente necessario per il funzionamento di questo sito e per la gestione della tua richiesta. 3. Hosting tramite Netlify
Questo sito è ospitato da Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, e distribuito tramite la sua rete globale di server (CDN). Quando visiti il sito, Netlify tratta dati tecnicamente necessari (ad es. indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora dell'accesso) nei log del server, per fornire il sito e proteggerlo da attacchi. La base giuridica è il mio legittimo interesse a un funzionamento sicuro e stabile (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). Con Netlify è in essere un accordo sul trattamento dei dati (Data Processing Agreement), in base al quale Netlify agisce come responsabile del trattamento; il trasferimento negli USA avviene sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard dell'UE ovvero dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework. La connessione è cifrata tramite SSL/TLS (riconoscibile da „https://“ e dal simbolo del lucchetto nel browser).
4. Modulo di richiesta e contatto
Se mi scrivi tramite il modulo di richiesta, per e-mail, telefono o WhatsApp, tratto i tuoi dati (nome, e-mail, facoltativamente telefono, tour desiderato, data, messaggio) per rispondere alla tua richiesta e organizzare il tour. I dati del modulo vengono salvati tramite la funzione moduli del mio fornitore di hosting Netlify (Netlify Forms, vedi sezione 3) e inoltrati a me per e-mail. La base giuridica è l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR (misure precontrattuali ovvero contratto). Non trasmetto i tuoi dati a terzi senza il tuo consenso – salvo quanto necessario per il tour (ad es. i nomi per una prenotazione in rifugio). Cancello i dati non appena non sono più necessari e non sussistono obblighi legali di conservazione (ad es. fiscali).
5. Cookie e memorizzazione locale
Questo sito non utilizza cookie – né cookie di marketing, pubblicitari o di analisi, né cookie del fornitore di hosting. Viene salvata localmente nel tuo browser (Local Storage) soltanto la tua scelta di lingua e stagione (estate/inverno); questi dati non vengono trasmessi a me né a terzi e sono tecnicamente necessari per mantenere la tua impostazione. Non è richiesto alcun consenso. Puoi cancellare in qualsiasi momento i dati salvati del sito dal tuo browser.
6. Nessuno strumento di analisi e nessuna pubblicità
Non utilizzo né Google Analytics né altri servizi di analisi o tracciamento e non mostro pubblicità. Il tuo comportamento di navigazione non viene analizzato.
7. WhatsApp, Instagram e link esterni
I pulsanti di WhatsApp e Instagram e i link ad altri siti (ad es. associazione delle guide alpine, soccorso alpino) sono semplici link. Solo quando ci clicchi lasci questo sito; si applicano allora le informative sulla privacy dei rispettivi fornitori (per WhatsApp e Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
8. I tuoi diritti
Hai in qualsiasi momento il diritto di ottenere gratuitamente informazioni sui tuoi dati memorizzati, nonché il diritto di rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, portabilità dei dati e opposizione. 3. Hosting by Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, and delivered via its global server network (CDN). When you visit the site, Netlify processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server logs in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify, under which Netlify acts as processor; transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The connection is encrypted via SSL/TLS (recognisable by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser).
4. Enquiry form and contact
If you write to me via the enquiry form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, I process your details (name, email, optionally phone, desired tour, date, message) in order to answer your enquiry and organise the tour. The form data is stored via the form feature of my hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Forms, see section 3) and forwarded to me by email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract). I do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent – except where necessary for the tour (e.g. names for a hut reservation). I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. for tax purposes) apply.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies – neither marketing, advertising or analytics cookies nor cookies from the hosting provider. Only your choice of language and season (summer/winter) is stored locally in your browser (local storage); this data is not transmitted to me or to third parties and is technically necessary to keep your setting. No consent is required for this. You can delete the stored website data in your browser at any time.
6. No analytics tools and no advertising
I use neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics or tracking services and do not display any advertising. Your browsing behaviour is not analysed.
7. WhatsApp, Instagram and external links
The buttons for WhatsApp and Instagram as well as links to other websites (e.g. mountain guides association, mountain rescue) are simple links. Only when you click on them do you leave this website; the privacy policies of the respective providers then apply (for WhatsApp and Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Just send me an email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.
